Adobe AIP plugin install
- Verify version of adobe on computer (Acrobat/reader) DC Continuous etc (64/32 bit)
- Download appropriate plugin from https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/mip-plugin-download.html
- If the version doesn't exist, update their Acrobat to latest Reader DC
- Close all instances of adobe
- Install plugin (requires admin)
- Open encrypted PDF Adobe should ask to enter email address to verify the user's 365 credentials. It may also ask for password
